Middle tier in pastel green with a baby blue trim and Sweet Baby in white fondant. Top tier is white with baby blue polka dots and a bottle topper with a big blue bow on the side.

   Egyptian Scarab Beetle Cake. This rendering of a Egyptian painting or hieroglyphic was done with a combination of fondant and paint. Made to look like a scarab pushing its egg which they lay in a pellet.

   Gobble till ya wobble cake. This 8" round cake was a white cake with chocolate cream filling. Covered in a orange and yellow fondant. Topper with a rice crispy treat turkey also decorated in tan and brown fondant.

   Truck Cake. This cake was done for the CDL office in Fresno CA. It measured 3 1/2 feet long. The cab and tires were made from rice crispy treats, covered in fondant. The trailer was white cake with strawberry cream filling, also covered in white fondant.

    Corset Cake.  I did this cake for a bachelorette party. Shaped this cake for a quarter sheet, marbled cake with cream cheese frosting.  Covered in hot pink fondant. Hand panted the lace for the bust then added black fondant for top and bottom lace. Final touch were the three pink roses and black ribbon for a bow in the back.

    Rubber Ducky Cake. This three tier cake was done for a baby shower. The bottom tier is chocolate cake with a chocolate pudding filling. The middle tier is a vanilla cake with vanilla pudding. Then the top tier is red velvet with cream cheese filling. Covered in a baby blue fondant, with a pastel green scallop border and blue polka dots with matching bow and Welcome Baby script. A rubber ducky tops the cake, and white fondant bubbles complete the decor.

    Chanel 6" smash cake, I made this cake for a friends baby girl. The cake was a vanilla and chocolate marble cake. Frosted with butter cream frosting with multicolored daisies and Chloe Chanel and logo done in fondant.

      Did this graduation cake for my cousin Ashley. It is a 10' white velvet cake with chocolate cream filling. A cap and scroll top the cake with teal diamonds embossed with flowers and vines decorate the side. Simple cake done with detail.

   I did a MVP cake for Sierra Hyland who is a sophomore at El Diamante High School here in Visalia, CA. She pitches for the ladies softball team. As a team they won Central Section Division I championship last week. This week Sierra was named M.V.P. for West Yosemite League Softball. In celebration I made this cake for her.
   Its a 8' square red velvet cake, with a marshmallow filling, and a strawberry frosting. Covered with white fondant, topped with a softball, lines made from red fondant with stitches done in red edible marker. Softball sits in frosting grass, softball it self made from red velvet cake. W.Y.L. done out of gum paste on cake wire in El D blue. M.V.P. also from gum paste on top of cake done in El D green. The number 12 out of fondant on the side represents Sierra's number. The fondant ball border to match team colors.

     This past Saturday I had a two tier cake to do for my friend Jessica's Goddaughter Baptism. Both tier's were white cake with strawberry filling. The cakes were decorated in white fondant, a quilted pattern on the sides with mini flower borders. A white cross was added to to the top tier with a lavender background bordered with lavender edible pearls. A bow made from gum paste also done in lavender toped the cake, with the baby's name Olivia spelled out on rice crispy blocks covered in lavender fondant surrounded the base.

    Baby Shower cake done for a friend's co-worker. Two tier square cake, top tier done in hot pink fondant with light pink polka dots and "It's a Girl" displayed on the side. Bottom tier done in light pink fondant with hot pink polka dots. Big light pink bow out of gum paste topped this simple but elegant cake.

Past Creation's

 One of the first cake that I did was this basket weave cake with lilies on top. Cake done in buttercream frosting, lilies done in royal frosting. 

  This Bridal Shower cake that was made for my friend Christine's sister. First attempt at a fondant cake a two tier cake, and gum paste bow. My friends have had more faith in me some times then I do my self witch is such an awesome feeling. I discover what I'm capable of so often always being challenged. 

  First 3 dimensional cake done for a co-workers granddaughter. It was a chocolate cake done in the shape of a ladybug, with heart spots. Along with mini cupcake topped with white daisies

  A number seven shaped cake for my friend's Reyna and John's daughter. Chocolate flavored with strawberry filling. Cheetah print design on top with light pink sides. Had seven daisies around it when it was all finished. To this day still one of my favorites. 

  A two tier rainbow inspired cake, done for Sandy's other granddaughter. Cake decorated in buttercream frosting with a rainbow border done in fondant. Topped with a little girl dressed in a rainbow colored dress and a white sash, also done in fondant. A rainbow decorate's the side of the bottom tier with blue and white frosting clouds.

Each tier of the cake had six layers to represent the colors of the rainbow.
